About Claire Wilding - Owner of Passport To Wellness

She began her career in 1988 as a Physical Therapy Assistant and worked in area hospitals and nursing home settings. She has taught massage at Sanford Brown College & The Healing Arts Center, in St. Louis, MO. and at The Body Therapy Center in Belleville, IL.

As the owner of Passport To Wellness in St. Louis, Claire coordinates a referral program which establishes Passport to Wellness as the place to contact for therapists, classes, workshops, corporate chair massage and pamper parties in the St. Louis area. She organizes state and nationally required classes and workshops for therapists, body workers, professionals and the community at large.

Claire has a private practice in massage and bodywork. She blends communications skills, massage and mind/body work to achieve integrated changes that increase life choices, enhancing the ability to fully express while increasing range of motion.
